Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Eastern Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and
developing strategic relationships within the Eastern Region. This role
requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong
background in biotechnology, specifically in cell and gene therapy (CGT). The
Eastern Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and product
development teams to ensure customer needs are met and to contribute to the
company’s overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue
targets in the Eastern Region.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and
decision-makers within target accounts.
- Provide comprehensive product and technical information to customers,
ensuring a clear understanding of the benefits and applications of T&L
Biotechnology’s offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals,
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to relay customer
feedback and market needs.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent
T&L Biotechnology and promote our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to
potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in
the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the biotechnology or life sciences
industry, with a focus on cell and gene therapy.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of GMP-grade raw materials and reagents used in CGT.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern Region as required.
